客戶支援專員 - 廣東話服務

工作職責：
  • 通過電話、電郵同線上聊天，使用英文同廣東話為用戶提供專業高效嘅支援。
  • 排查同解決用戶問題，必要時將複雜個案上報。
  • 展現出色嘅溝通同人際交往能力，同用戶建立良好關係同信任。
  • 透徹了解我哋嘅平台同服務，為用戶提供準確有用嘅資訊。
  • 為積極合作嘅團隊環境作出貢獻。
入職要求：
  • 廣東話同英文（書寫同口語）達到母語或接近母語嘅水平。
  • 具有客戶服務崗位嘅豐富經驗，最好係喺節奏快速、技術驅動嘅環境中工作。
  • 具有較強嘅解決問題同分析能力。
  • 出色嘅溝通同人際交往能力。
  • 能够獨立工作同團隊合作。
  • 熱衷於提供卓越嘅客戶體驗。
esponsibilities:
  • Provide professional and efficient support to users via phone, email, and chat in both English and Cantonese.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with users.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
