n your new role you will: A
Y
- ct as the interface between Business Line and Operations T
- ake on product responsibility after completion of development andmanage a broad portfolio of Ga N discrete and IC D
- rive and lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary product ramp upteams U
- nderstand and implement the manufacturing strategy incl. transfersand ensure manufacturing capability and capacityfrom development tovolume production A
- nalyze product costs structure and identify as well as implement costdown measures within the entire supply chain, e.g. through yield, testcost, material cost, manufacturing cost or process improvement A
- ct as project leader and / or project owner for change project aswell as digitization and strategic projects D
- rive task forces, focus teams or 8Ds to address and rectify productor manufacturing issues
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A
M
- degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or arelated field A
- t least 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industrywith deep understanding of technical aspects of supply chain andmanufacturing processes P
- roven experience in leading complex projects and method skills T
- echnical knowledge in Gallium Nitride technologies is a plus G
- ain new insights by questioning existing assumptions as well aschallenge the status quo to explore new paths (e.g. digitization,improvement of processes) S
- trong communication, negotiating and presentation skills to manageglobal and multicultural stakeholders and networks successfully
