Sales and Finance Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Finance Manager to oversee our sales operations and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and financial strategy, with a focus on developing sales targets for our retail chain and optimizing cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Develop and implement sales strategies and targets for the retail chain and sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish achievable sales goals and monitor progress against targets.
- Perform cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within sales operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Proficient in CRM and financial software tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, financial modeling software).
- Experience in retail sales environments or related industries.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
