IT Admin Executive
Job Description
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.30pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Maintains interfaces for retail system environment.
- Creates, maintains, and revises technical documentation.
- Updates and communicates to Operations team and other stakeholders when required.
- Thorough understanding of desktop/windows, server, and network hardware environments.
- Creates and maintains strong system controls and user permissions.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure that resources are effectively being utilized.
- Knowledgeable of compliance standards such as PCI.
- Manage vendor support relationships, contracts, purchases, and design initiatives.
- Interface/liaise with - specifically around the following systems/applications:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate in IT welcome to apply.
- Experience working with system administration, particularly POS.
- Minimum 2 years working experience on IT.
- Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge on MS Office application, MS client and server operating systems, backup and recovery systems.
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
- Fast learner, self driven, self motivation and proactive.
