Job Title: HR Consultant

Salary Range: RM3500-4500
Job Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Houz, your role will involve overseeing the entire recruitment process for mid to senior vacancies in various industries. This includes tasks such as understanding client's specific requirements, sourcing and evaluating potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating salary packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to get a clear understanding of their objectives and specific hiring requirements
  • Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract active and passive candidates
  • Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the client's organisation
  • Build and establish long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, providing ongoing consultation and guidance throughout the hiring process and beyond
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline based on multiple requisitions at a given time
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods to provide guidance and insights to both clients and candidates
  • Review and understand candidate activity, recruiting metric and process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources/ Information Technology/ Psychology/ Engineering (other disciplines will be taken into consideration as well)
  • Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition is advantageous
  • Well verse in English (both written & spoken); Mandarin speaking candidates will be an added advantage
  • Possess can-do attitude, leadership mindset and high adaptability
  • Strong ability to identify talent and evaluate candidates' skills and potential efficiently
  • Open to hire for both Executives & Senior Executives level candidates

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
