Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including product ordering, inventory control, and stock counts upon each shipment.
- Use the wholesale portal to place orders directly from Sweden, ensuring timely restocking of high-demand items.
- Coordinate weekly customer shipments for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Engage with customers in-store and online, managing our social media channels to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Generate and analyze detailed sales reports, track store performance, and set local sales targets to meet monthly goals.
- Manage imports, handle warehouse inventory logistics, and coordinate with the project coordinator to optimize store functionality.
- Schedule and oversee sales employees’ shifts, maintain a positive store environment and address any operational needs.
- Provide training and mentorship for junior sales staff, focusing on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing luxury retail brands.
- Possess good communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Commission pay
