Sales and Marketing (Mandarin Speaker)
● Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales targets through effective marketing campaigns and achieve annual sales goals on time.
● Market Analysis: Conduct studies on primary and secondary markets to develop competitive pricing and sales strategies.
● Marketing & Pr: Strengthen the company’s brand through digital marketing, public relations, campaigns, and events.
● Sales Skills: Use strong sales skills to create compelling content that attracts customers.
● Media Relations: Understand media operations and maintain effective communication.
● Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to capture customer attention and sustain business growth.
● Liaison: Work closely with financing partners, solicitors, and enforcement bodies.
● Lead Generation: Create awareness for new projects and generate leads.
● Reporting: Provide sales progress updates to management.
● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to drive performance.
● Ad-hoc Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification
● Posses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/Business Studies or any related field.
● Minimum 8 years of experience in the Property Development industry.
● Proven track record in Sales & Marketing experience - meeting or exceeding giventargets.
● Independent, self-motivated, and good critical thinking skills.
● Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadline
● Great financial acumen – reporting, analytics, pricing, and market intelligence whilemaximizing profitability, forecasting, and revenue management strategies.
● Being able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
