Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintenance of employees records and general welfare and health of employees.
- To coordinate the training needs for every department.
- Responsible to monitor employees compliance to company rules and regulations, policies and as well as enforcement.
- Provides and maintains up to date information on labour regulations.
- Liaising with government officials on government matters.
- Upkeep employer-employee relations.
- Conducting indoctrination / orientation programs to new employees.
- Conducting exit interview
- Assist in preparing documents for government and statutory bodies related to Visa, employment pass and etc. for expatriate and foreign workers.
- Place order of uniforms and shoes for the workers.
- Keep records of vehicle registrations.
- Preparation of EPF, SOCSO and Registration report.
- Preparation of monthly medical expenses report.
- Liaise with driver, cleaner and gardener.
- Feedback employee grievances to the management.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
- Min Diploma or equivalent with 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge of computer is preferred.
- Strong inter-personal skill in human relation.
