Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Handling of full set of accounts, up to final reports.
- Data entry, documentation and filing.
- Prepare Budgets and Financial Forecast.
- Prepare and interpret Financial Reports.
- Prepare required notes to Financial Reports for Management and Audit requirements.
- Liase with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary.
- Perform analysis of accounts and other assigned jobs when required.
- Ensure on time reporting for all required reports (daily and monthly)
- Possess relevant accounting qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Knowledge in Banking Facilities and Treasury will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge in UBS or ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented
- Remunerations will commensurate with qualification and experience
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
