Front Office Supervisor / Penyelia Penyambut Tetamu
Requirements:
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
- Must possess at least an SPM level.
- Preferably with more than 2 years of relevant hands-on working experience in a resort or hospitality industry.
- Must be independent, intuitive, responsible, and demonstrate leadership.
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- PC-literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of resort/hotel guest registration systems is an added advantage.
- Oversee front office registration activities to ensure smooth operations for guest check-in and check-out.
- Provide efficient and effective guest registration services.
- Address guest requests and complaints in a timely and well-managed manner.
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring updates when necessary.
- Perform inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Perform any other job functions as assigned by the immediate superior.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
