Customer Service / Front Desk
Location : near to Kl tower ( Monorail bukit nanas / mrt)
Working days :5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
Nature of Business :Japanese fabric in clothing & garment industry
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints.
-Maintain customer databases.
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
-Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
-Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
-Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
-Located nearby KL Tower.
Key competencies:
-Interpersonal skills.
-Adaptability.
-Stress tolerance.
Requirements:
-Possess a good command of Mandarin & English in both written and verbal forms.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
-Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
-Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
-Working Hours: 9.50 am-7 pm (Monday to Friday).
-Working Hours: 12.50 pm-5 pm Saturday (Alternate).
-2nd and 3rd Saturdays is considered as OT.
- Off days: Every Sundays.
- Rest days: Alternate Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
