Ensure proper display of merchandising and optimize display of product range
Feedback of stock level, market information & competitors activities
Feedback customer query, complaints and order
Replenish stock to ensure all available products are visible and presentable to customer
Identify and replace damaged packaging / stock
Identify return stock and send back to HQ warehouse
Propose for potential products ordering
Monitor products barcode / price labelling
Responsible for stock take / stock check
Maintain relationship with all parties in outlet
Establish a high level of rapport with customer, accuracy and timely information for decision making purposes
Work closely with sales team & customer on all the stock replenishment, activities and promotion setup
Assist marketing team in events / exhibitions / roadshows and etc
Perform routine outlet service and sales coverage
Fresh graduate or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
Must have own car as main transportation
Willing to travel as per work purposes
