Front Office Assistant
- Deliver the basic standard and provide exceptional service to guests all the time
- Handle with Front office system for check-in and check-out guests
- Familiar with hotel products, services and policies
- Dealing with guests for the accommodation, promotion, package or etc
- Responsible for internal and external call and provide assistance when required
- Maintain good interaction and relationship with guests
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
