Front Desk Representative
We are a fitness community in search of a Front Desk Representative
Job Brief:
We are hiring a Front Desk Representative who is able to undertake receptionist duties. Our Front Desk rep is expected to attend to the needs of our customers in addition to other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant, helpful and friendly personality whilst being able to communicate clearly to customers. We expect our Front Desk to manage customer enquiries, complaints and requests in both a calm and polite manner.
Our main goal at Front Desk is to always provide attentive and respectful service. We prioritise making our customers feel valued and at home whilst on our premises.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly in addition to providing welcome tours to newcomers
Manage class enrolment and process customer payments accurately
Opening and/or closing up our premises depending on shift
Attend to customer enquiries both in person and through the phone
Address and keep note of customer complaints
Keep front desk and entrance area tidy and presentable
Monitor gym cleanliness
Requirements and Skills:
Personality traits: Pleasant, helpful, friendly, trustworthy, proactive
Have good and clear spoken English
Have basic knowledge in using a computer
Tidy and well presented in terms of appearance
Punctual when starting a shift
Available on weekdays and weekends (shift hours can be negotiated)
We accept those who are high school leavers and above in terms of age
No prior work experience as a front desk representative required although we very much welcome a candidate who understands the importance of good customer service
