Business Development Associate

Job Title : Business Development Associate
Location : Georgetown, Penang
Position Type : Full Time
Working Hours and Days : Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM )
Job Description :
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new sales, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for collections, ensuring timely and accurate revenue collection
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, cold texts, and other outreach methods to set up opportunities for pitching.
  • Development and Sustaining healthy Sales & Collection Pipelines.
  • Conduct pitches, manage follow-ups, and work towards closing deals efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
  • Handle inquiries from digital platforms and prospective clients, providing accurate and timely information to drive interest.
  • Develop effective sales decks, pitches, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts and enhance client engagement.
  • Devise and implement strategies to achieve KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and aligning efforts with company goals.
  • Reports direct to Brands & Business Development Director.
Job Requirements :
  • At least 1 year in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; Degree holders are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets within a competitive environment.
  • Experience in marketing and brand promotion, with a demonstrated understanding of branding strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, is responsible, independent, honest, and hardworking in all aspects of work.
Compensation and Benefits Package :
  • RM 2,000.00 – RM 3,500.00 (Based on the Experience)
