Qualifications & experience
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Qualifications & experience
- At least SPM qualification.
- Minimum Two (2) years working experience will be advantages.
- Must have own transport.
- Available to work 6 days a week (1 rest day).
- Willing to travel between Georgetown and Butterworth, Penang.
- Strong responsibility and time management skills.
- Perform maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing electrical appliances, and minor renovations including paint touch-ups on walls, ceilings, and doors.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service air conditioning units independently.
- Use power tools and maintenance-related machinery effectively.
- Conduct Plumbing, Carpentry, and Fittings and others technical wise job required.
- Minor renovation work if needed.
- Carry out minor fitting repairs on doors, windows, etc.
- Perform checks to ensure apartment rooms are in working order and address any necessary repairs.
- Knowledge in air conditioning servicing is an added advantage.
