We’re looking for Business Admin Executive that will support the postpaid and hardware procurement business. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about strong enthusiasm and interest in managing and optimizing business operations.

Make an Impact by:

• Process request for vouchers adjustments, waivers, reconciliations
• Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to price plans.
• Assist manager to prepare monthly reports and statistic in relations to claims.
• Manage price plan mailbox queries.
• Liase with IT for Accenture on non-voucher issuance.
• Daily reconciliation of Apple Care+ orders and issuance of PO to Apple.
• Coordinate with IT with the new launch template to be uploaded into the system and verify extraction post uploaded completed.
• Coordinate/follow up with Contract Manager/Cybersecurity/Data team and vendor(s) on the new/renewal standard contract.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Skills for Success:

• At least Diploma or Degree in related courses.
• Preferably with at least one year working experience in Telecommunication industry.
• Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
