Install, configure, and operate a range of audio, video, and lighting equipment for events, including microphones, projectors, screens, and lighting systems.
Provide on-site technical assistance during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with event planners and clients to address specific audiovisual needs and requirements.
Conduct thorough pre-event checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Monitoring the AV equipment during the event.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on AV equipment to ensure reliability and quality performance.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for all AV equipment and tools.
Track and manage the inventory of AV equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good working condition.
Assist in the procurement of new equipment as needed, keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and event setups to inform future projects and improve efficiency.
Prepare reports on AV equipment performance and suggest improvements or replacements as necessary.
Job Requirements : Required Education 所需学历:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Experience所需经验:
Minimum five (3) years managerial experience in the events and marketing field in hospitality and/or hotel industry.
Required Skills 所需技能:
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Excellent time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good team player, problem solving and leadership skills.
Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment.
