Sales Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Organize and execute sales calls to potential clients, build rapport and handle obstacles.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Drive sales through customer direct approach and meet up to promote hotel/event packages.
  • Drive sales through digital and online marketing to expand the target range.
  • Ensure providing a high quality standard of guests service, sales quotations and sales promotion according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
  • Liaison with marketing personnel on press releases, advertising and marketing strategies; assists in sponsorship and supplier participation in promotions and mercandising, if necessary.
  • Capability of establishing consolidated relationship with corporate companies (for corporate sales) and govemment agencies (for govemment sales).
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
Job Requirement :
Required Education 所需学历:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Experience所需经验:
  • Minimum five (3) years managerial experience in the events and marketing field in hospitality and/or hotel industry.
Required Skills 所需技能:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Excellent time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good team player, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
