Assistant Sales Manager
- Assist in creating and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and suggest adjustments to strategies accordingly.
- Work with team to develop and execute promotional activities to attract customers.
- Support, motivate, and train sales representatives to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales staff.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and assist in budgeting efforts.
- Present regular updates to senior management on sales results and ongoing projects.
- Identify and suggest improvements in sales processes and systems for greater efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new sales initiatives or CRM systems.
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
