Assistant Sales Executive
- To promote & sell hotel service.
- To develop and manage acquisition and loyalty programs as well as its database to enhance business acquisition, retention and development strategies in order to maximize Room, Meeting and Catering sales productivity.
- To prepare, propose & execute marketing plan, budgets & progress report.
- To monitor, maintain clients accounts & prepare clientele analysis.
- Joint sales calls with Assistant/Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager/Hotel Manager.
- To follow-up on clients requests, feedback & provide prompt outstanding service.
- To ensure smooth running of all functions & events.
- To effectively participate in any pertinent program/s initiated and executed by Hotel.
- To prepare correspondences to clients/guests pertaining to accommodation, meeting and catering.
- To maintain existing & expand new account with aggressive sales & marketing strategies.
- To survey / research competitors products & services & prepare proposal.
- To maintain a good rapport with clients.
- To prepare monthly statistical and reports on sales & marketing related matters
- To analyze marketing trends/changes based on research and implement programs to meet these changes.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
