Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and management reports.
- Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) returns to the customs.
- Prepare accounts receivable aging analysis and reconciliation statements on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Verify accounts payable aging and arrange payments according to supplier-provided statements.
- Check and verify invoices and claims in the system daily to manage daily reports.
- Assist in the development and review of internal policies and procedures.
- Update, review, and manage accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
- Perform operational and financial analyses, particularly profit and loss reports, to identify key profit and loss factors.
- Maintain weekly reports for management.
- Ensure the effectiveness of document management and daily operations.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Manage and control cash flow and budget.
- Flexibly handle other tasks as required by management.
- Prepare budget and financial forecast reports.
- Review and recommend key performance indicators.
- Analyze expenses, sales, costs, and working capital.
- Ensure adequate liquidity through cash flow analysis.
- Prepare cost accounting and accounts receivable reports.
- Regularly analyze and evaluate the company's profit and loss reports, providing detailed P&L analysis.
- Identify key factors for profit and loss, providing data support for business decisions.
- Communicate P&L analysis results with management, proposing suggestions to improve financial performance.
- Manage general office administrative affairs.
- Oversee the processes and procedures for claims and payments.
- Supervise administrative staff in performing general accounting tasks.
Pay: RM6,800.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
