Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients and special assignments.
- Plan and lead audit engagements across various industries.
- Evaluate audit results, develop value-added recommendations to mitigate risks, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Discuss accounting, auditing, and reporting issues with managers/partners and clients.
- Review audit work performed by junior team members to ensure completeness and adequacy.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Manage client expectations and foster productive relationships with client personnel.
- Relevant Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience from established firms, with strong knowledge of accounting standards (IAS & IFRS), regulatory compliance, and organizational best practices. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate level position.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with audit software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel on overseas assignments.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
