FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT (NIGHT AUDITOR)
- Registers and assigns rooms to arriving guests ensuring that registration cards are correctly completed giving required information.
- Maintains accurate records and informs other departments of arrivals, room changes, check-outs and special arrangements for VIP’s or group guests
- Maintains effective control of hotel room key handling.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and records messages, faxes and forward to the relevant personnel immediately
- Familiarize with night audit procedure and perform night shift duty
- Processes invoices and prepares checkout bills
- Monitors and checks accounting ledger
- Audits financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues
- Posts room taxes and charges
- Processes discounts and vouchers
- Tracks room availability and occupancy
- Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
