  • Widen & Deepen distribution of the products in Saloons
  • Ensure listing of the products current and new range in Salons
  • Explore new business opportunities
  • Manage Team route plans and ensure strict adherence to sales calls.
  • Guide, Coach, and support the Salon Van Team.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts and key customers.
  • Ensure on-time collection of dues.
  • Manage Business agreements with key customers.
  • Execution of brand-specific channel activations.
  • Monitor, Control, and Manage Market Stocks.
