Job Title: Sales Lady
Location: Al Kout Mall, Khiran Mall & Avenues Mall
Salary: 270 - 300 KWD per month
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our team at Al Kout Mall. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our store, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by engaging customers and closing sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
- Handle product returns and exchanges as per store policy.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store by arranging and restocking shelves, ensuring merchandise displays are attractive and organized.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report low stock items to the supervisor.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions and assist with special sales events.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience is mandatory.
- Visa 18 transferable (Project or Visa 20 is not accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of using a POS system or willingness to learn.
