Sales Associate
We are hiring Sales Associate for our Chocolate company.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month

- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
- Assist with product selection and demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Sales:
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including suggestive selling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and receiving merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
