Inventory Executive
1. Inventory Planning: Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to meet customer demands and minimize stock-outs. Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical data to forecast demand accurately.
2. Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to stock availability or quality.
3. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and take appropriate actions to minimize excess inventory.
4. Warehouse Management: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage, handling, and movement of inventory. Implement best practices for warehouse organization, stock rotation, and space utilization.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD600.000 per month
