Architectural Sales Executive Main Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead through contract signature.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in the system provided by the concerned person.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic understanding of the field and capable of communicating certain technical subjects in that field.
Demonstrate work and professional ethics and is socially smart.
Understanding in city laws and legal processes and restrictions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering process:
