We’re looking for someone who understands Veeam inside and out, including its pricing, market presence, and weaknesses. Kuwait has a highly competitive landscape with numerous Veeam service partners, making it crucial for the successful candidate to leverage their knowledge and experience to stand out.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to target new customers within the IT and cybersecurity sectors, specifically focusing on data management, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Competitive Advantage: Use your in-depth knowledge of Veeam to position alternative solutions effectively in competitive situations.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand services offered.
Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiation and Contracting: Lead price negotiations and manage contract discussions to ensure deals are structured advantageously.
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to better serve your clients.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT sales, specifically with data management, cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery solutions.
Veeam Expertise: Deep understanding of Veeam’s product offerings, pricing models, competitive weaknesses, and market positioning.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience managing the full sales cycle.
Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems.
