Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Manage and coordinate the clinic’s front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Answer phone calls promptly, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments with accuracy.
Patient Coordination:
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinate patient flow between reception and treatment areas, minimizing wait times.
Provide clear information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and billing procedures.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the clinic’s management system.
Handle billing and payments, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
Support clinic management with administrative tasks, such as filing, inventory management, and supply ordering.
Monitor the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Collaboration:
Work closely with physiotherapists and other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
Assist in organizing and scheduling staff meetings, training sessions, and other clinic events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external parties.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and patient management systems. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is highly desirable.
