Premium Dining Head Waiter or Head Waitress
Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Premium Dining Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join our prestigious team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while displaying outstanding leadership qualities. You will oversee the service operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable culinary experience. In this role, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both guests and staff to create a harmonious and memorable atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus, making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the system and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guests' needs to ensure a memorable
- dining experience.
- Answer guest questions about menu items and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests or complaints.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accuracy of payments and change given.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and table settings.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to guests while ensuring high standards of service and adherence to restaurant protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality fine dining industry.
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with MICROS point-of-sale systems.
