The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end dining environments. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality menu items while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes as per menu specifications.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet the standards of the establishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to cook new recipes and menu items.
- Participate in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely service and execution of orders.
- Keep abreast of culinary trends and adapt them to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
