Owner's Representative - Villa Construction
The Owner's Representative for Villa Construction will act as the primary point of contact between the villa owner and the construction team, ensuring that the project is executed according to the owner's specifications, timelines, and budget. The Owner's Representative will also manage communications, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to the villa owner.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected hours: 10 per week

- Project Oversight: Act as the villa owner’s primary representative on the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Timeline Management: Track project progress against established milestones and timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Address delays or scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to verify that construction work meets the owner’s specifications and high standards of quality. Identify and resolve any deficiencies or discrepancies in workmanship.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the villa owner on the status of the project, including financials, progress, and any challenges that need to be addressed.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
