Key Responsibilities: § Product Promotion - Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies. § Educate them about the benefits and uses of products. § Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate sales and gather product feedback. § Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitor products and strategies. § Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management § Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, industry trends, and new developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare. § Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales visits, market conditions, and competitor activities to management. § Training and Support: Provide training and support to healthcare providers regarding product usage and best practices. § Networking: seek conferences, seminars, and trade shows to network and promote products. Qualifications: § Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered. Skills: § Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: § Previous experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is preferred. Technical Knowledge: § Understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare landscape.
