Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, network devices, and business-critical software.
Monitor and manage the performance of IT systems, ensuring optimal uptime and availability.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware, including servers, desktops, printers, and network equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols, including regular system backups, software updates, and antivirus management.
Assist employees with technical queries and provide necessary training on systems and tools to improve efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets to streamline operations and facilitate troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven IT support experience in Kuwait.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, with proficiency in Windows operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
Knowledge of network management (LAN/WAN) and cybersecurity principles.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
