HR/Office Admin

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Act as a personal Assistant for the Director/President.
▪ Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management.
▪ Implementing and ensuring that basic organizational functions are performed.
▪ Coaches and educates all employees on company policy and procedures.
▪ Maintain a petty cash record.
▪ Scheduling of work time, procedures and assignments to staff.
▪ Assisting in the evaluation process of staff.
▪ Provide administrative support to an organization and all departments.
▪ Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies.
▪ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
▪ Maintain and update employees and company records and databases.
▪ Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
▪ Handle and assist in recruitment.
▪ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and
training programs.
▪ Administer employee attendance and requests such as leaves, permissions etc.
▪ Payroll preparation and salaries disbursement.
▪ Maintain ERP Database of the company.
▪ Act as point of contact to third party service providers such as ERP system provider
and the accounting firm.
▪ Review showroom daily cash submissions and prepare for deposits.
▪ Enter expenses in Google drive, Odoo and Xero.
Requirements:
▪ Minimum academic level: Masters Degree
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
▪ Computer Literacy
▪ 2 Years minimum experience as administrator and in HR
▪ Join date: Immediately (preferable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD180.000 - KD210.000 per month
