Dar AMA Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant to support the CEO and his son including our team. We specialize in full design projects, supervision, and consultation services. As a Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant you will oversee office management tasks, including maintain supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and contributing to a productive and well-organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:
· Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
· Provide administrative support to the project management and engineering teams. · Track and manage invoice payments, ensuring all financial matters are handled promptly. · Manage and control project documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly filed. · Strong experience in document control and office expenses tracking. Personal Assistance:
· Provide administrative support to CEO and his son including personal and family documents.
· To perform any other work-related tasks as assigned by CEO’s son. · Willingness to extend working hours if needed by the management. Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant to management and Administrative Assistant in Human Resource Department.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
