Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fleet Management team.

  • Assist in coordinating and managing fleet operations, including maintenance, procurement, documentation, and data management.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including vehicle information, maintenance records, and driver records.

  • Support communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.

  • Assist in fleet-related projects, initiatives, and events.

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in fleet or logistics.
    • Proficiency in office software and fleet management systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on data management and documentation.
    • Knowledge of fleet operations and regulations is desirable.
    • Ability to adapt and work well under pressure.
