Location: Bali, Indonesia This job has responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest service department
Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures
Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution
Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback
Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests
Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics
Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and other departments
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Lead, train, and supervise the guest service team
Qualifications:
Proven experience in guest service or customer service management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Proficient in using OPERA system
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
