Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Conduct regular financial audits and analyses to identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and forecasts
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement effective internal controls
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Support employee development programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting with HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in HR management, with a solid understanding of employment laws and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
