Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in public areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
- Train and manage housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to public areas promptly and effectively
- Prepare reports on cleanliness standards and staff performance for management review
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
