Job Overview: This position will be working night shift for installation of various items to fabricate an Offshore Living Quarters such as electrical cabling, trays, supports, piping systems, cubicles, bedrooms, lounges, office rooms, recreation, etc.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the camp infrastructure, including but not limited to residential housing, catering, and entertainment facilities. Working alongside construction and meeting design and construction timetables effectively
Manage camps, on all levels and aspects in terms of customer services, Customer wellness
Manage all catering aspects, inclusive of functions events big or small
Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
Support and at time involved the management of camp drills and safety requirements with subcontractor
Constant day-to-day interfacing with all personnel on performance and safety issues
Ensure the sub-contractor products are well within the HCCAP guidelines – Audited and verified
Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual obligations
Assist with procurement of camp-related items as and when required
Verification and compliance checks of camp and offices on a daily basis, Po B’s, meet and greet arrivals and departures of residents and accuracy of the Po B’s Inclusive all residential rules and regulations are conveyed in the correct manner. Enforcement of the residential regulations
Ensure camp efficiency in terms of services, housekeeping services, grounds keeping. Having the subcontractor delivers as per their contractual obligations
Subcontractor provide all the reports that are required to have a inform process, allowing for smooth management of the camp and facilities
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10 years of experience in a similar industry
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
Staff Training/Development
Inspections and audits
Mentoring and Coaching
Strong leadership skills
Camp and Facilities knowledge fundamentals of all aspects of running a camp
Health, safety, and quality best practices and regulatory requirements
Overall management of operations in accordance with client service standards
