The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
Implement "Take-2" (or safety check) for the regular and irregular jobs, including safety working assessment
Follow company's safety regulation, such as ensure safety working permit on hand before working, monitor safety standard implementation by initiating safety check for the regular and irregular jobs
Control and run all equipment and facility under Facility Management as applied procedure
Do regular and daily check based on applied procedure and daily shift instruction
Do preventive maintenance based on schedule, and corrective action based on received Work order
Do consumable stock control and maintenance of tools, equipment, PPE
Analyze, troubleshoot, and give suggestion of each mechanical and electrical issues
Implement regular energy consumption monitoring check sheet and control
Requirements:
Minimum Vocational School of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in Facility Management
Basic of electrical and mechanical engineering with its operational standard, and high voltage
Experienced with daily operation of facility management and equipment maintenance, such as generator set, MHE, loading dock, rolling door, air conditioner, pump, etc.
Knowledge related to building construction, fire protection system, waste water treatment
Comfortable to work in a warehouse environment
Willing to be placed in Medan
