The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
Design, develop, and update training materials for various warehouse operational functions, including standard procedures, safety protocols, equipment usage, and others processes.
Create clear and easy-to-follow training documentation, such as guides, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and checklists.
Produce training materials in video format, including scripting, filming, and editing, to facilitate more interactive learning.
Conduct hands-on training sessions for warehouse employees, including onboarding for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
Train employees on using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), technological tools, and relevant hardware.
Assess the effectiveness of training through participant evaluations, tests, and feedback.
Evaluate employee performance post-training to ensure the application of acquired knowledge.
Recap the evaluation training report, the data will be used for filtering the training participant
Work closely with warehouse managers and operational teams to identify specific training needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with employee development goals and organizational needs.
Monitor technological advancements and new operational methods to ensure training materials remain relevant and up-to-date.
Regularly revise training materials based on feedback, policy changes, or technological updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Education, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a minimum of 1 years in a training or employee development role
Experience in designing and developing training materials, including both documentation and video formats
Proficiency in using video editing software and other digital content creation tools
Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
Analytical skills to identify areas needing improvement and develop appropriate training solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at various levels and departments
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in operations and evolving training needs
