Communicating with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
Must have a good attitude to reply to text messages.
Fast response to new messages from leads.
Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.
Requirements :
Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal and written communication skills)
Proven experience in a operations and customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
