Plan and execute targeted promotions to boost customer retention, using data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows to enhance efficiency in retention efforts.
Lead key retention projects, ensuring team collaboration and timely objective delivery.
Provide expert advice on complex issues, supporting the team in achieving retention goals.
Resolve escalated customer concerns swiftly, working closely with internal teams.
Generate weekly retention reports and lead performance review meetings to drive improvement.
Requirements:
Min 3 years Proven track record in handling customer complaints and enhancing retention.
Strong knowledge of SOPs and operational workflows.
Experience in managing and executing programs and projects.
Creative problem-solver with an innovative approach.
Familiarity with marketing strategies for customer retention promotions.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding and motivating teams.
Working Arrangement :
5 days working 2 days off
Shifting schedule (9 hours per day, include 1 hour break)
Fully Remote
