1. Experience min 1 years in company leasing / Rental company
2. Familiar and able to use MS Office & Google Spreadsheet, Docs and Gslide
3. Having SIM C & SIM A
4. Minimum D3
5. Having an community
6. Able to drive a car
General Job Scope:
- Do the Engagement & Counseling Productivity activities (online & offline)
- Responsibility the target of Driver productivities
- Maintain good retention with customers
The Core Objectives:
1. Good on Counseling & Publik speaking (online & offline)
2. Strong Responsibility to Daily monitoring Driver Performance
3. Good Communication skill and willingness to maintain a good retention
4. Improving Daily Driver Productivities with achieving the daily Online Hour, daily Rides, and Service Excellent (No Bad Comment and Maintain Good Rating)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
