Administration Support Coordinator
Core Objectives:
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
Pertanyaan Lamaran:
- Manage campaign and promotional submissions from the Merchandising Team, ensuring all campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Central Operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all campaign activities.
- Oversee new item listings and handle content management related to platforms like Odoo and passenger-facing applications. This includes ensuring that product information and images are accurate and up-to-date.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in related fields such as retail or e-commerce.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers, with proficiency in Excel (intermediate level).
- A strong willingness to learn independently, the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and a natural curiosity for continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software such as Odoo or SAP would be a significant advantage.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
