Job Description:
As a Telecalling Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls, presenting innovative services, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and showcasing our services.
  • Sales Excellence: Communicate the features and benefits of our offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, with the opportunity to earn attractive commissions and incentives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and successful sales to support data-driven strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in sales is beneficial, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute to a startup environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively connect with customers.
